This project involved redesigning the cover of a novel and incorporating physical media and a scanned image that has been altered. I chose to use a watercolor portrait that I recolored and a lace curtain that I scanned and abstracted. My design goals were to make these elements seem unified and make the book cover as a whole reflect the mood of the novel.
